Patrick Warfield is a Senior Vice President at Claritas Capital. His primary responsibilities include working with Claritas Capital Real Estate where he assists with all aspects of the investment and acquisition process, including sourcing, due diligence, project oversight, fund maintenance, investor relations, and other investment management duties.

Patrick graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a B.S. in Geology, and received a J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. Prior to joining Claritas Capital, he practiced law for over a decade and was a partner at an AM LAW 200 law firm. While in private practice, Patrick’s work concentrated on representing businesses, financial institutions, and investors in a multitude of business, lending, and other commercial transactions and disputes, with a focus on finance, real estate, healthcare, and complex commercial transactions.

As an active member of the greater Nashville community, Patrick currently serves on the boards for the Alliance for Green Hills and the Belle Meade Historic Site. Additionally, he enjoys participating with a variety of other non-profits and doing charitable work. His past non-profit board roles include: Chairman of the Westminster School for Young Children Board, member of the Montgomery Bell Academy Young Alumni Board, and President of the Ensworth School Alumni Board, where he served on the Ensworth School Board of Trust.

When he is not working or spending time with his family, you can find Patrick cycling and attempting to unsuccessfully race his bicycle.
